For the first time, The Buttery & Glasshouse is releasing a limited number of Friday and Saturday Twilight Weddings across Spring and Summer dates in 2027/2028.
Earlier starts, exclusive use, prime dates and a wonderful flow from ceremony to photographs, feasting, speeches, cocktails, music and dancing create a wedding that feels immersive, social and effortlessly enjoyable.
Why is The Deluxe Twilight different?
Every couple celebrates differently, which is why the Deluxe Twilight Collection offers two distinct experiences.
The Dinner Party Twilight, with a seated two-course feast with wine served at the table for up to 60 guests.
The Original Twilight, with a buffet-style dining and a party atmosphere for up to 80 guests.

The Original Twilight
Designed for up to 80 guests, the Original Twilight centres around a buffet-style dining with the option of our signature Smokehouse Feast.
Relaxed, generous and wonderfully social, it creates an informal dining experience that allows guests to mingle, feast and move naturally into the evening celebrations.
What is included:
- Exclusive hire of the whole venue including The Buttery, Glasshouse and Lounge Bar
- Access for set up from 12 noon (supplier access possible from 11am)
- Honeymoon Suite as a pamper room from 12 noon
- Guest arrival from 2.30pm
- Indoor or outdoor ceremony at 3.30pm (The Buttery or the Terrace)
- Smokehouse canapés and celebratory drinks reception
- Buffet style dining (Smokehouse Feast or hot fork buffet)
- Speeches, cake cutting and sparkling wine reception in The Lounge Bar
- Evening party in The Glasshouse from 7.30pm
- Music until 11.30pm and carriages at midnight
- Overnight stay in the Honeymoon Suite with breakfast

The Dinner Party Twilight
Designed for up to 60 guests, the Dinner Party Twilight includes a two-course wedding feast served at the table, accompanied by wine.
What is included:
- Exclusive hire of the whole venue including The Buttery, Glasshouse and Lounge Bar
- Access for set up from 12 noon (supplier access possible from 11am)
- Honeymoon Suite as a pamper room from 12 noon
- Guest arrival from 2.30pm
- Indoor or outdoor ceremony at 3.30pm (The Buttery or the Terrace)
- Smokehouse canapés and celebratory drinks reception
- Two-course seated wedding breakfast meal
- Table wine (1/3 bottle per guest)
- Speeches, cake cutting and sparkling wine reception in The Lounge Bar
- Evening party in The Glasshouse from 8pm

A day to remember
Your celebration begins with a 3.30pm ceremony in The Buttery or, weather permitting, on the Terrace beneath the open sky.
While many Twilight Weddings take place during the winter months, when outdoor ceremonies are rarely possible, our Spring and Summer Twilight dates give couples the opportunity to enjoy one of the most sought-after moments of a wedding day.
Following the ceremony, drinks, canapés and photographs allow guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings before everyone gathers for a relaxed wedding feast, whether that is the hosted two-course dining experience of the buffet style dining..
After dining, the celebration moves to our newly renovated Lounge Bar for speeches, cake cutting and a sparkling wine reception. This change of setting allows guests to mingle, stretch their legs and enjoy a different atmosphere while The Glasshouse is transformed for the next chapter of the celebration.
As daylight softens into evening, everyone returns to The Glasshouse for music, dancing, and late-night festivities.
And when the celebrations come to an end, your Honeymoon Suite awaits just a flight of stairs away, allowing the day to finish as effortlessly as it began.
It is a style of wedding increasingly chosen by couples who value atmosphere, hospitality and meaningful time together.

The signature Smokehouse Feast
A popular choice among our couples is the signature Smokehouse Feast, prepared in-house using our Ole Hickory Pit smoker imported from Texas. Slow-cooked meats, generous platters and relaxed social dining create a feast that feels warm, welcoming and unmistakably Glasshouse.
Add wine and beer, great company and a carefully hosted flow throughout the day, and the result is a celebration that feels relaxed, generous and effortlessly enjoyable.

Flexible payment plans
We understand that wedding planning involves many different expenses, which is why we offer flexible payment plans to help spread the cost of your celebration.
Your date is secured with a £1,000 deposit, followed by a series of manageable instalments leading up to your wedding day. Our team will be happy to discuss a payment schedule that works for you.
For many couples, this makes it possible to secure their preferred date while spreading the investment over the months ahead.
Availability & Holding Dates
Because only a handful of Friday and Saturday Twilight dates are released each year, availability is exceptionally limited.
To ensure fairness to all couples, we can only guarantee prices and hold a date for seven days from the date your quotation is issued. After this period, the date may be released and pricing may be subject to review.
If you have a preferred date in mind, we recommend arranging a viewing and requesting a quotation as early as possible.

The viewings are relaxed. The availability is not. With only a handful of Twilight dates released each year, we recommend arranging your visit as soon as possible if you have a particular date in mind.
