worth remembering.

Food & Drinks bring people together, and at The Glasshouse it is a big part of the celebration. Everything is prepared in-house, from scratch, with generous, wholesome dishes and plenty of The Bull character.

The food was absolutely incredible...

...all of our guests commented on how much they loved every aspect of the meal. We opted for the Smokehouse Feast and we were not disappointed in the slightest—it really made the day even more special."

Guests may not remember every detail of the day, but they remember a brilliant meal and hear from our couples that they are still talking about the food months later.

SHARING THE MOMENT

Because great wedding hospitality isn't simply about feeding people and filling glasses. It's about everyone sitting down, relaxing, sharing the moment, raising a glass and enjoying being together.

Two ways to dine.

The Glasshouse offers two styles of wedding breakfast, allowing you to choose the dining experience that best suits the flow of your day, your guests and your own tastes, and the atmosphere you want.

The Classic Menu is a three-course wedding breakfast, using seasonal ingredients and mostly Kent produce. It is ideal for couples who want a traditional seated dining experience.

The Smokehouse Feast is our signature alternative: a menu built around slow-smoked meat and bold, generous flavour.

DRINKs matter too.

As a proudly independent freehouse, The Bull has the freedom to curate an adventurous, ever-changing drinks selection with real character.

THE BULL IS A FREEHOUSE

From craft beers, artisan ales and carefully chosen wines to cocktails, spirits and whiskeys, every glass reflects our love of quality and local flavour. If there is something special you would love us to stock for your wedding, we will be happy to explore the options with you.

TABLE WINE

Wedding breakfast comes with a hand-picked selection of red, white and rosé house wines, followed by a toast drink to see in the speeches.

Our

smokehouse story.

Eight years ago, The Bull became one of the first venues in Kent to bring smokehouse cooking into its kitchen, installing a half-tonne, wood-burning Texan smoker. It's still there today, and it's still doing the work: prime English cuts smoked low and slow over English oak, and a free-range chicken that spends two hours in the smoker before it reaches the table.

The Smokehouse Feast become one of the most talked-about parts of a Glasshouse wedding, guests regularly comment on how tender and flavoursome the meat is, and it's part of what makes The Smokehouse Feast feel like a genuine alternative to a traditional wedding breakfast.

FULLY STOCKED BARS

Throughout the day, the Terrace Bar and Lounge Bar are fully stocked and staffed by our own team, with a bar tab option available if you'd like to cover drinks for your guests directly.

As a freehouse, our drinks list draws on local Kent producers, including Chapel Down, Westerham and Tonbridge Brewery, alongside a wider selection of wines, beers and spirits.

As the evening reception gets going, food keeps coming so nobody needs to leave the dance floor to find something to eat: artisan pizzas or fresh baguettes are served to all guests later in the night.

Beyond the wedding breakfast.

Depending on your package and any add-ons you choose, catering can also include cheese and charcuterie spreads, grazing tables, and festival-style food stalls, options worth discussing with your coordinator if you want to build something a little different into your day.
