What is

The Pamper Room?

The Pamper Room is genuinely one of the venue's largest and most luxurious bedrooms, the same suite that becomes your Honeymoon Suite that evening.


In the morning of the wedding, it's dressed for getting ready: a king-size bed, a generous en-suite bathroom with a separate shower room, a large leather sofa and coffee table, full-length mirrors, and a long dress rail for your gown and your bridesmaids' dresses.


CALM, BRIGHT, SPACIOUS


It's tucked away from the busyness of guests arrivals and suppliers set up, so the morning feels calm rather than rushed. You can order breakfast, or simply enjoy tea, coffee and something to nibble on as the morning builds toward the ceremony.


PRIVATE & EXCLUSIVE


This is also where some of the day's most personal moments happen: the first look at your dress, the first emotional reveal with a parent or close friend, and where you'll meet your registrar for the pre-ceremony interview.

The Pamper Room comfortably accommodates your bridal party for hair, make-up and getting dressed. With an Indulgent Wedding, it is yours from 3pm the day before, giving you time to settle in and enjoy a relaxed start to your celebrations.

For a Deluxe Twilight Wedding, the room is available from 12 noon on the wedding day, plenty of time to get ready before making your entrance into The Buttery, just a flight of stairs away, for your “I do” moment.

After the last dance, you're just a few steps away, no taxi, no travel, just a short walk upstairs to crisp linen and a private space to unwind.


The following morning, a full English breakfast is served before you gather your things at your own pace.

  • Is the Pamper Room a separate room from where we'll sleep that night?

    No. The same suite serves as your morning preparation space and your Honeymoon Suite that night. It's dressed and used differently across the day. It is a deluxe suite with bath and shower room, sofa and pamper room facilities.

  • Can our whole wedding party get ready with us in the Pamper Room?
