Most venue tours are a one-to-one experience, when the venue is quiet and empty of guests. This open evening is nothing like that.

What to expect

From 6pm – You’ll be welcomed with a Kir Royale* before exploring (at your own pace) our beautifully styled wedding spaces, hotel rooms, indoors and outdoors ceremony rooms, with live music throughout.

At 7pm – Take your seat for a six-course tasting menu featuring guests’ most-loved wedding dishes.

Throughout – Connect with like-minded couples and, if you wish, draw on the insight of our experienced team and trusted suppliers. Gather the knowledge you need to make informed decisions with confidence.

Above all – have fun! Bring your family, friends, or your bridal party!

If you fall in love with The Glasshouse and decide to book your wedding with us, we’ll deduct the cost of your tasting dinner from your final wedding package.  It’s just our way of saying: we’re so glad you found your place.

The menu

This six-course tasting menu features our most popular dishes, chosen based on the favourites of party and wedding guests. It shows a delicious tasting of our signature style, perfect for experiencing our most-loved flavours in one sitting.

Chicken liver parfait, Bull piccalilli, sourdough

Smoked salmon, dill pickled cucumber, crème fraiche, pumpernickel

Burrata, cherry tomatoes, basil, Balsamic vinegar, sourdough

Smokehouse mini platter: harissa chicken, pulled pork with blueberry ketchup, mac ‘n’ cheese, red slaw, green salad

Beef short rib, salsa verde, horseradish mash, beef jus

Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or dietary preferences. However, on a wedding day or party, all dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances are fully catered for.
