Events Team of The Year Winner 2024
In 2024, we were thrilled to add another incredible accolade to our collection - the coveted Kent Wedding Award for Events Team of the Year.
We were absolutely over the moon! This award means so much to us because it reflects what we love doing most - crafting unforgettable weddings with heart, dedication, and a genuine passion for every couple’s unique love story.
At The Buttery & Glasshouse, our events team isn’t just made up of skilled professionals with years of industry experience, we’re a team that truly cares.
With a blend of expertise, creativity, and life experience, we connect personally with every couple, ensuring their wedding day is as special as their journey together.
We can't wait to keep creating magical moments in 2025, 2026, 2027 and beyond!

Skill & Care
Skill to listen paying attention to the story, the decisions already made, the dreams and the worries. Whilst actively listening, we can share the couple’s wedding vision and mentally organise the logistics and schedule of the wedding journey.
Skill to plan and carefully incorporate budget limitations, family dynamics, catering restrictions, tailoring menus and drinks list, allocating hotel rooms, organising payment plans, liaising with suppliers, allocating staff, answering to limitless emails and phone calls.
Skill to deliver the wedding on the day itself. We manage the energy, guide the suppliers and host all the guests, all while keeping the focus on the couple.
The same team that shared the whole wedding journey will be there, on the big day itself, connecting and taking care of everything.
A note from the coordinators
"As wedding coordinators, we know that our couples fall in love with the venue and our packages but we believe that this is not enough. We want to connect with all of our couples and mould our service to the individual nature of our couple’s very own ethos.
No two couples are ever the same, and the way we interact and meet their needs is never the same either. An essential part of our work is understanding the way that people work. We have the skills, maturity and experience to build relationships that often go beyond the wedding planning and day itself.
We craft each wedding day with passion care and creativity.'
