Our Signature Set-Up Day, included in The Indulgent Wedding Package, gives you something truly special: access to the venue from 3pm the day before your wedding.

It is your time to settle in, add your personal touches and begin the celebration feeling calm and completely at home. From your arrival the day before until breakfast the morning after, you can enjoy nearly 48 hours at The Glasshouse.

The day before: set up at your own pace

From 3pm, you will have access to the venue to decorate, personalise and prepare the spaces without pressure. Bring your décor, meet your suppliers and watch the venue begin to come to life.

Unpack just once and settle into your Honeymoon Suite, with plenty of space to hang your dresses and suits. Then enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep knowing that everything is already in place.

The wedding morning: wake up at your venue

Wake up at The Glasshouse, enjoy breakfast and get ready in the Honeymoon Suite with your make-up artist, hairstylist and bridal party. Your photographer can join you to capture those lovely moments as the excitement builds.

By the time your celebration begins, the venue feels familiar and so does the team looking after you.

Time to say “I do”

Your guests arrive from 1pm for drinks in the Lounge Bar.

At 2pm, The Buttery Barn, just a few steps away, awaits your entrance and the wonderful moment when you say “I do”.

Confetti and photographs follow, with beautiful opportunities around our historic village and the surrounding Kent countryside.

The celebration

Enjoy drinks and canapés before sitting down to your three-course wedding breakfast, followed by speeches and toasts.

Evening guests arrive from 7pm, with dancing beginning at 7.30pm. Music fades and the final glasses are raised at 11.30pm, with carriages at midnight.

When the celebration ends, your Honeymoon Suite is only a few steps away. No taxis and no packing up that night, just a smooth and relaxed end to a wonderful day.

The morning after

Wake up still wrapped in the glow of your wedding day and enjoy a Full English breakfast.

You will have until 10.30am to collect your flowers, decorations and treasured mementos, and to say your final goodbyes.

• Meet the team, settle in. Get familiar with the venue and liaise with your coordinator in person, adding confidence and ease to the day ahead.

• Bring everything early. Your dress, suit, shoes, accessories can go straight to your honeymoon suite with spacious pamper room facilities.
