Locate to Create is an award-winning prop, furniture hire and event styling company distinguished by its TWIA National Venue Stylist of the Year Award 2024. We specialise in blending vintage and rustic charm with modern and contemporary pieces. Our carefully curated hire collection includes unique furniture pieces and smaller table styling items but with a particular focus on pre-styled seating area lounges, designed to simplify event planning.

And we don’t stop there. We work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life, and can combine our prop hire services with our strong background in event styling. With a rich eight-year history of collaboration at The Bull and almost 100 events together, we have gained unparalleled experience with both the events team but also the venue itself. With countless styled weddings, Locate to Create has great knowledge and understanding of how best to theme and set up the venue, whether that be based on modern designs or more traditional rustic themes. As a long-standing preferred supplier, we have a great understanding of how each other works, leading to clean and concise relationship. 

Locate to Create offers a wide variety of ceremony styling options, with the Bull being host to many over the years. Backdrops are traditionally great options for creating focal points in the ceremony area, we have a wide variety ranging from hexagonal to rectangular structures along with classics like our free-standing heart. We also offer more subtle props such as flickering candles or lanterns. These are amazing at lining the aisle providing a soft and safe glow to the ceremony. On top of this, we have many stand-alone props that offer great functionality, such as our SAM Stand which can hold ceremony confetti. 

The drinks reception is a great opportunity to both relax and entertain guests. Seating areas are a favourite at the Bull, with the venue being host to so many great areas to set these up. In terms of entertainment, our garden game packages are great at starting conversations amongst guests, children and adults alike. On top of this, we have more quirky practical props such as our Dennis wall that offers guests either canapes, drinks or even doughnuts, and with the prop being moveable, why not reuse it later on to serve your wedding cake or host favours? 

The glasshouse can lend itself to so many different table styling themes. We have a wide range of light-based props along with vessels. Whether you are after cylinder vases with flicking candles, or more traditional brass/glass candle sticks, we have you covered.
