The Christmas Themed Wedding
Ho ho ho – no hidden costs!
A Saturday in December 2024, for 50-day guests is quoted at £9,800. This includes venue hire, three-course wedding breakfast, table wine, toast and reception drinks, 11 ensuite bedrooms including the bridal suite, evening food for up to 100 guests and the whole decoration. The only thing you will think about is the DJ, cake, and a bar tab if you wish.

2025 Saturday Wedding
The Indulgent Wedding package on a Saturday in 2025 for 50 day-guests with all inclusive is quoted at £14,475 if you book until 31st May 2024. The normal price is £17,000 and includes:
- Set-up the day before, break down the day after
- Hire of the whole historic inn
- Ceremony in the room of your choice
- The honeymoon suite for getting ready
- Reception drinks, table wine and toast drinks
- Three-course wedding breakfast
- Evening reception and party food
- All 11 boutique guest rooms
- Next morning full English breakfast

Crafting weddings
Tell us your favourite time of the year, the number of guests, how you would like to entertain them, how many bedrooms you will need... then we will prepare a bespoke quote and payment plan everything for you.
The Indulgent Wedding
This is the package our couples most love the most. The indulgent wedding includes everything you can dream for on your big day including the 48-hour venue hire, ceremony, all bedrooms, wholesome wedding breakfast, reception and much more. Actually, you will have the whole inn for your exclusive use . Prices vary according to the number of guests, day of the week and season.
As a sample quote, a wedding for 50 day-guests on a Saturday or Bank Holiday weekend in 2025 will be around £17,000.

- Hire of The Buttery, The Glasshouse and the whole inn
- Ceremony in The Buttery, Terrace or The Glasshouse
- The honeymoon suite for getting ready
- Reception drinks on the terrace

- Evening reception in The Buttery or in The Glasshouse (music until 11:30pm)
- Evening party food for all day and evening-guests
- Overnight stay in all 11 boutique guest rooms, including the honeymoon suite
- Next morning full English breakfast
The Petite Wedding
Yes, we do intimate weddings and we love them. An intimate wedding with a ceremony and reception for perhaps 30 to 50 loved ones fits perfectly in The Buttery & Glasshouse. This package also includes 50 additional evening-guests if you wish.
Petite Weddings are available midweek and select weekends from £9,000 including all 11 ensuite bedrooms.

The Twilight Wedding
The magical 5pm ceremony in the Twilight Wedding is so romantic and the whole day is pure serenity. We can organise your beautiful Twilight Wedding followed by an unforgettable three-course wedding breakfast midweek and selected weekends.
This package is available from £9,500 for 50 day-guests.

The Sunday Wedding
Imagine a small, intimate Sunday wedding surrounded by 50 of your closest friends and family, and a delicious roast dinner, with the whole inn for your exclusive use. Sounds superb doesn't it?
The Sunday Wedding is available from £10,500, all year round.
This package includes:
- Hire of The Buttery, The Glasshouse and the whole inn
- The honeymoon suite from 12 noon
- Venue available for set up on the day from 12 noon
- Ceremony at 4pm in The Buttery
- Reception drinks, table wine and toast drinks
- Two-course Sunday roast wedding breakfast in The Glasshouse
- Evening reception until 10:30pm
- Overnight stay in all 11 boutique guest rooms, including the honeymoon suite
- Next morning full English breakfast
The Long Weekend Wedding
This is the new trend everyone is talking about but only a very few venues can offer: your wedding weekend! The whole venue just for you and your guests from Friday 12 noon until Sunday 3pm. Also available Saturday to Monday over Bank Holiday weekends. It sounds decadent, and actually it is, but it is more affordable than you would imagine.
This package includes:

- Friday evening rehearsal meal for up to 50 guests
- All 11 hotel bedrooms for you and your guests for 2 nights

The New Year's Eve Wedding
We all know that New Year's Eve is a day that everyone talks about. It's the last day of the year and as the clock strikes midnight, a new year beggins full of hope, happiness, adventures and new beginnings.
Why not make this New Year's Eve extra special as your memorable wedding day? It will surely be a day to remember for you both, as well as all your family and friends.

What is the rehearsal dinner?
Think of Carry Bradshaw’s rehearsal dinner the night before her wedding day. That is right, the American tradition is there for a reason, dining the night before with your closest ones puts an extra dose of luxury to your wedding. Our chefs and waiting staff will treat your ‘rehearsal party’ with the best of the English welcome.
When all the wedding planning has been done and the big day draws near, you might want to spend the night before with friends and relatives, enjoy some informal toasts and a wholesome meal.
The rehearsal dinner is extremely popular here at The Bull. Being an inn with a restaurant, fully stocked bar and 11 bedrooms, the rehearsal dinner fits perfectly.
Food crafted by in-house chefs
There is no doubt, the menus for weddings will tantalise guests' tastebuds. The Bull's ten years of experience as an AA Rosette restaurant has influenced a deliciously wholesome and truly memorable choice of three-course wedding breakfast menus. Offering both classic and quirky options to impress your guests.
Crafted by in-house chefs, everything is home-cooked, nothing is bought in. All produce is organic and locally sourced, allowing our chefs to use the best quality ingredients whilst supporting local businesses. This is something The Bull Hotel feels very strongly about and is equally important to couples and their guests, and the final result is truly memorable.
The signature smokehouse feast
With serious pedigree when it comes to smokehouse cooking, it was The Bull who kick-started the trend in Kent 8 years ago, when a half-tonne wood-burning Texan smoker landed in our kitchen.
The smokehouse menu includes what The Bull does best, dishes that have now become classics thanks to an eclectic range of flavours and top quality. From prime English cuts of meat smoked over English oak to free range half-chicken that 'melts like butter' after 2 hours of the smoking treatment.
The unique smokehouse menu is a crowd pleasure, guests compliment the chefs all the time on how fantastic, tender and flavoursome the meat selection is.
Canapés and reception food
A true foodie paradise
Crafted canapés, artisan pizzas, cheese and charcuterie spreads, grazing tables, smokehouse feasts, wholesome desserts, three-course dinners and festival food stalls... all prepared using local suppliers, family run farms and artisan producers.
The stone-baked pizzas, which is the most popular option for evening food, are topped with prime ingredients and exciting unique combinations including the Double Chorizo and The Fun Guy!

The added bonus of being a freehouse is that The Bull Hotel can serve a diverse selection of drinks including a contemporary cocktail and award-winning 180-bottle wine list.
The drinks options is vast including a rotating selection of craft beers made using traditional methods from independent producers, a modern take on the quintessential British pub. All available to your guests!
Eleven bedrooms
Each with bespoke interiors, individually designed.
All eleven rooms have en-suite facilities, central heating, TV, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee facilities. There are four-poster, king size, double and one family room and our excellent cooked to order breakfast is served everyday.
Each of the 11 bespoke interiors has been individually designed by Martin with heritage paints balanced with rich and lavish Laura Ashley wallpaper and soft furnishings.
Hotel capacity 21 adults plus the newly-wed couple.
All our wedding packages include all bedrooms. You will be able to allocate your family and guests to the rooms for the night of the wedding day and a full English breakfast will be served for all guests.
